We work email-first. Send us a note about your project — even a rough idea is enough — and we'll respond within one business day.
If a face-to-face conversation would help, we set up appointments at our Burnaby office or at your home. We don't run a walk-in showroom; instead, we curate samples to your project before the meeting so the time is spent on the decisions that matter to your room.
Submissions currently open in your default email client. Hosted form handling lands in a follow-up.
What helps in a first message.
You don't need to have all the answers — but the more you can share, the better the first response. If you have any of the following on hand, include them:
- The rooms you're starting with
- Approximate square footage if you know it
- Material categories you're already considering (or ruling out)
- Timeline — both your ideal start and the latest you can wait
- Whether a designer, contractor, or strata is involved
And if you're not sure of any of it yet, that's also fine. A consultation exists for that exact situation.
