We work email-first. Send us a note about your project — even a rough idea is enough — and we'll respond within one business day.

If a face-to-face conversation would help, we set up appointments at our Burnaby office. We don't run a walk-in showroom; instead, we curate samples to your project before the meeting so the time is spent on the decisions that matter to the install.

What helps in a first message.

You don't need to have all the answers — but the more you can share, the better the first response. If you have any of the following on hand, include them:

The spaces you're starting with
Approximate square footage if you know it
Material categories you're already considering (or ruling out)
Timeline — both your ideal start and the latest you can wait
Whether a designer, contractor, or strata is involved

And if you're not sure of any of it yet, that's also fine. A consultation exists for that exact situation.
