What stays the same across every service.
Every Loom & Layer project — multi-family, commercial, or consultation-only — runs on the same set of commitments. We carry curated rather than catalogue ranges, our quotes itemise prep and transitions instead of hiding them, and our installers belong to our shop or to long-term partner crews. We don't sub to whoever's available that week.
We also keep paperwork tight. Quotes match orders, orders match installs, and invoices match what we said the work would cost. If something changes mid-project, we tell you in writing before we proceed — not afterward when it shows up on the bill.
