Beanworks
Tenant-improvement flooring at Beanworks' Yaletown office — modular carpet tile through the open-plan workspace and resilient hard surface through circulation. Layout and seam plan worked around the floor plate's structural grid so the carpet pattern reads cleanly between desk pods.
